How to get a graph of mikrotik Queue Traffic?

Hello,

Anyone implemented mikrotik queue graphing,
Or if anyone can guide me how can I do it, I am fluent in Php and Laravel,
I can see in SNMP walk but don’t know how can I implement it,
Started using Librenms a week ago, Migrated from PRTG,

SNMP OIDS:
name=.1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.2.1.1.2.1
bytes-in=.1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.2.1.1.8.1
bytes-out=.1.3.6.1.4.1.14988.1.1.2.1.1.9.1
