How to Get Started?

Sorry for a total newbie post.

Trying to use LibreNMS for the first time. Downloaded the .ova file for VirtualBox and imported it. Started the VM. Got to a point where it asks for a Ubuntu login.

I have no idea what the login/password is. I have no idea what to do next even if I got logged in.

Have tried http://localhost:8080 and get “access violation”.

See Installation Images page for the credentials and ports. Defaults for the WebUI should be the following:

• WebUI (http://localhost:8080)
• username: librenms
• password: D32fwefwef

I already reviewed the installation page you quoted before posting here.

Using those credentials at the Ubuntu login says “login incorrect.”

http://localhost:8080 yields “access error”.
