How to monitor specific port speed

Please help, what I am doing wrong?
I want to monitor when port switch from 1Gbit to 100Mbit speed

In events it looks like this:

2020-09-14 17:05:14 gi17 10.154.114.238 ifSpeed: 1000000000 → 100000000 System
2020-09-14 17:05:14 gi17 10.154.114.238 ifHighSpeed: 1000 → 100 System

What I am doing wrong that alerts not working?

First I see is, from your events picture, interface is gi17 and not ge17. Could that be de issue?
