Http API sensors

Is there anyway to add a device and poll it via http/API
I have so many devies that does not support snmp need to monitor them.
Just to be clear I dont want to push data to libre I want libre to poll the sensor via http.
Feels like I am missing something.

I’m assuming you want to monitor if an HTTP endpoint is alive and responding with a 200, maybe at a particular URL?
