@PipoCanaja and there are huawei routers
5720 with V8R11 does not provide Huawei BGP mib anymore. Only standard BGP4, which does not provide prefixes in their implementation.
Will try to see on an older version if I can get it to work.
OK, quick summary :
- S5720 does not provide cbgp data, only basic BGP4-MIB data without the prefixes on V8R11 and V8R10
- AR160 provides HUAWEI specific BGP mib but NOT BGP4-MIB
- CE switches come with a mix of both
- I don’t have any NE40 to test
New PR is on the way to cover the “mix and match” variant: pull as much data as possible in the huawei specific mib, and fill the gaps with BGP4-MIB. It improves a little bit the accuracy.
Issue found for NE40 … They don’t support Huawei BGP MIB on this one, and the reply in BGP4 MIB is wrong as well (Type error). A fix is now on the way, PR #11663
Hi @jozefrebjak
Current master is now fine with NE40, S5720, CE6xxx, CE12xxx. Please let me know if it does better in your environnement.
Thanx
@PipoCanaja thank you for your effort. I updated to latest master and I will inform you soon.
