Impossible to create or modify the dashboard

Hi,

I can’t modify the default dashboard or create an other.

MySQL 10.3.22-MariaDB-0+deb10u1
RRDTool 1.7.1

[OK] Composer Version: 1.10.5
[OK] Dependencies up-to-date.
[OK] Database connection successful
[OK] Database schema correct

When I edit the default dashboard and I add a widget, I am redirected to http://example.com/# …
And when I add a new dashboard, I have a red icon that appears on the web page

have you added your hostname/Domainname in
global Settings -> System -> Server ?

especially the URL
