Interface Description Parsing not working

Hello,
I am trying to utilize the Interface Description Parsing feature for LibreNMS.
I have my interface description configured as following:

interface Gi0/1
descr cust|Company1
interface Gi0/2
descr cust|Company2

Inside the Global setting, I added the customer port types to match my description but it doesn’t appear to be working.
Can anyone pinpoint what I might be doing incorrectly? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The expected separator is : you can’t change that.

Either Lnms will need updating to allow people to specify the separator or you use Interface Description Parsing - LibreNMS Docs and write your own.
