Libre webpage only loading header

Attempted to run validate.php, update, and reboot - no luck. Also added /debug=yes/ to end of URL but that does not load either.

Any ideas?

also did try and increase php memory?

Local, but increasing the memory limit did the trick - highly appreciated.
