LibreNMS 502 Bad Gateway

I upgrade PHP form 7.2 to 7.4, and executed daily.sh and validate.php were successful, but the web shows the 502 Bad Gateway.
I see the /var/log/nginx/error.log is “[emerg] invalid number of arguments in “fastcgi_pass” directive in /etc/nginx/conf.d/librenms.conf:17”
