Librenms Active Directory Authentication with email address rather than username

Hi All,

Librenms Active Directory Authentication is working fine, but it only works with username: jeff rather than [email protected]. Is there a way we can change the username format as an email address?

my librenms is on ‘active_directory’ mechanism. If I change it to ldap mechanism, and then use $config[‘auth_ldap_userdn’] or $config[‘auth_ldap_groupmembertype’], will this help with email address login?
