Hello,

I have been using LibreNMS for several months without too much issue. I have been through a few updates without problem. However, I tried to access the webUI and was meet with a blank screen. I tried rebooting the host and this did not fix the issue. I am trying to login via ssh and it is giving me “Access denied”. I did not change the default creds and verified by copying and pasting them as not to mistype. I have also connected directly to the console bypassing SSH with no luck. I am at a loss as to the next step.

This is the Libre VA and not installed on top of another OS.

Any ideas?

You could google Ubuntu or CentOS depending on what VM you installed.

Thank you murrant. I am able to get logged into the OS. Now the task of figuring out the real issue.
