Thank you Neil. We are looking for professional support contract basically to help us if we have any technical issues. Having one person supporting is not going to work.

The Linuxfabrik also offers paid support.

I’m a customer of them and use their monitoring-plugins in Icinga2 - also the ones that let you get the LibreNMS health and alerts an a device basis.
