Hi, at moment administrator dont receive a email, if traffic was over limit. we need a option to get a email with informations, if a customer has overtrffic / is over his limit. email adress can set manuelly or if not set go to system email of librenms. optional was a checkbox for activate this bcc to admin email in mail transport rules…

Have you looked at the Mail transport for the alert system, should do what you want?
hi, in alert system i can only use owners or separatly email, but not send to owner(s) and (BCC) to alternativ admin email. its work only one of both. regards
Configure two mail transports and put them in a group, assign the group to the rule.
this is workarround, yes, but direct was better
