Monitor custom service state

Dear Community,

I try to monitor the state of some custom systemd services via SNMP and with snmp extend this is no problem but how can I monitor this in LibreNMS?

My best guess would be Custom OID, but is there a way to display them on the device dashboard as simple up/down? Or is there maybe a better way to do this instead of Custom OID?

The output that I produce and return via snmp could be anything, currently it is 0 for up and 2 for down (according to LibreNMS Sensor States, 0 = OK and 2 = Critical)
