Monitor ISC DHCP Pools using LibreNMS

Hi Guys,

Looking for a way to monitor our ISC DHCP server pools using LibreNMS.

Anybody know if this is possible and/or point me in the right direction?

If you only need the amount of addresses free, reservwr, assigned etc you can use the SNMP extend way from the docs.
