My alert's not working

Im totally new to LibreNMS

Kindly assist how to write an alert for port usage greater then 20%.

I have written like this but not getting any alert.
Max: 100
Delay: 60
Interval: 300

macros.port_in_usage_perc >= 20 AND ports.ifDescr = “ether3”

total B/W running current is 1.5G and for that particular interface we have kept package/ capping of 1800Mbps and port speed is 10G

So now when the usage crossed 500Mbps i need a alert. Kindly assist me.

it should be ifAlias

macros.port_usage_perc >= 20 AND macros.port_up = 1 AND ports.ifAlias = “bla bla”

All values are in bits or bytes?
