Need help in librenms and osticket integration

Im using librenms for past 3 months and i have installed osTicket in the same server and need to raise a ticket in osticket ex: if the device is down

Hi @SG_Krishnan
You have an “API Transport” in LibreNMS you can bind to your “Device down” alert, and use whatever API OSTicket provides to create a ticket. Can even be on a different server if necessary.

i have tried to do that but it’s not working
i think im missing something in here
