Need help to change "web_mouseover true" to false

Hi,
I need a full procedure for a noob to set this to false.
When I login to the server the command “lnms config:set web_mouseover false” is not recognized.
Can someone tell me step by step what to do? I am noob in linux.

command is correct.

after login to server via SSH, switch to librenms user and run the command
