I just came across NetData which has some very impressive monitoring out of the box. However lacks is in keeping historical data, as it stores everything in RAM, and other feature sets where LibreNMS excels.

It would be amazing LibreNMS could utilize NetData for all of it’s out of the box metrics. Grabbing the data appears to be possible by either utilizing NetData’s archiving feature or it’s API.

Anyway, just wanted to throw the idea out there, as I couldn’t find it having been discussed previously.

If you want historic you could just use telegraf (or netdata if you wish) -> influxdb -> Grafana.

Then use LibreNMS influxdb export to input to Grafana.

I know it’s not quite what your looking for, but you would have best of both systems in your dashboard :sunglasses:
