Please advise if I can deploy it without Nginx

Not sure what you are asking? Are your trying to install librenms without the web service?
Just wondering to know why would I use Nginx instead of Appache
It’s up to you. Everyone has a preference, none have the advantage over one another.
Also, docs have not changed Nginx and Apache install docs have always been there.
