Newly added switch showing down after 2min its show up and some devices showing continusely up AND DOWN but switch and ping is not down physicaly give me any solutions

I would default back to the standard ping settings by clicking the refresh icon. Relying on 1 ping isn’t ideal, the default is 3.

It should say in the log why the device is showing as down, either icmp or snmp, when you have that info you can then check manually from the librenms box if you can access the device via pinging it or via snmp.
