No Graph for new devices

Dear fellows, my old devices or working fine but when i add new device in librenms i didn’t get any graph details, i already try to change SNMP version but no success.

Have you left the device long enough to actually start seeing data? on the processors section it’s recording data as it shows 3% used in the section below.
