Not able to View the Graph for ports and devices

HI Guys,

I have installed Librenms on Ubuntu 20.04 post adding the device.

Not able to View the Graphs for devices and Ports.

Once we click on ports,it will show as page can not be displayed and link broken.

Please help with the soluction.

@Aditya_Samantaray :- the graphs are not being shown above and when i select the port individually, i am not able to acces the page
