Notification Custom fields

Hi there,

is it possible to add custom fields in the Alerts > Notification list? It would be good to have in the alesrt list the ipaddress (in addition to the resolved hostname) and the sysLocation.

Hi,

Yes, It would be very good to actually be able to “template” the notification list using exactly the same mecanism as the alerts themselves.
Each Template definition could include :

  • “alert” template (the one we have already for transport alerts)
  • “list item” template (visible when you unfold the alert in the Notification list)
  • “title item” template (visible instead of the Rule Name in the notification list).
