Notification rule doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I run LibreNMS on container from official docker compose file. Send test mail is work I receive mails. But when I create rule it doesn’t send any alert mails. Also I try it with telegram bot it is also can send test but not alerts. Does any one face it with this kind of problem please help

I solve problem just change compose file with new one which I downloads to day from Github.
