Notification when server resources are at 80%

Hello, I am a student. I am new to using LibreNMS. Can LibreNMS notify me via email or telegram if server memory usage reaches 80%, disk usage reaches 80%, and CPU load reaches 80%?

Yep you can do that, you just need to make up the correct alarms to trigger and then add the transport to point to an email address. See attached for an example of my rule for memory when reaching >80%
