Option to exclude or include sysContact from being emailed per Alert Rule rather than Globally

I would like the ability to exclude or include the sysContact on a per Alert rule basis. Very similar to the global rule but allow it to be turned on or off for just just that alerting rule.

This would allow for more granluar alerting say one rule alerts a NOC and the other alerts the customer giving them instructions on what to do without having them get duplicate alerts with different messages possibly containing information you do not wish them to see.
