So in that case what the purpose of Severity? if I use Critical or Warning, both will be sent to pager Duty

They are they there to help prioritize your alerts.
Like, a device down could be “Critical”.
A device using 60% memory could be a “Warning”
You can configure however you want.
But this priority won’t take any affect on pager duty alert ,as warning will also trigger the Pager duty

If you don’t want an alert to trigger pager duty or any other transport. You could set the alert to “mute” and this will only show the alert in the web UI of librenms.
