I have two alerts setup through my instance that both go to one escalation policy. I want to know: what is the best advice to setup alerts from specific escalation policies within my pager duty instance? For example, I only want one group to be noticed with I have a network critical event triggered but when I set it up through LibreNMS global settings I can only choose the policy within pager duty, not the specific alert I want triggered in LibreNMS. Please advise. Thanks!
you cant specify what alerts go to what alert transports or “policy” them in librenms
Im guessing that’s something you need to edit in pager duty. Or ask pager duty?
