Hi. Im settining system to monitror devices in remote locations and have very limited data to transfer. I wanted to set up system to check availability via ping only option every 5 min, and to get whole SNMP data once a hour. Is something like that possible, and if so how to configrure it/ what to look at ?
I have acces to web GUI mostly.

With such presice requirements a system like Icinga2 would be better but it has quite limited SNMP capablilites - actually none without plugins and modules.
IMHO, Icinga2 is the Lego of monitoring tools. It’s amazing if you know what you want and are willing to learn how the parts fit together but completely frustrating, if you just want it working without putting the work in.
