This is probably due to a large amount of data for this device in some fashion, ports, eventlog, etc. Increase the timeouts on your php-fpm to counter it.
Having the same issue deleting an old piece of equipment. In Centos, is the php-fpm you are talking about /etc/php-fpm.d/librenms.conf ? Also which timeout are you refering to?
