Poller tuning issue

Hi folks,

I’m confused on the poller tuning between cron job and Librenms services.
According to the current instruction,once I can see the “service_poller_workers”, “service_services_workers” and “service_discovery_workers” display in config.php, then I can disable all of cron job in /etc/cron.d/librenms file, am I correct?

Besides, may I know how to decide the appropriate quantity of workers for each service? I think it relevant with CPU resource, but I can see a lot of pending status with large workers seconds.

Regarding quantity you need to try and check then poller status in UI, there is column “Worker seconds Consumed/Maximum”, as i understand if consumed higher than maximum you need add workers to reach consumed lower than maximum with probably some backup for extra stability.
