Port down alert rule not working

recently, the port down alert rule is not triggering. none of my devices, or the port down template have changed. I tried rebooting Libre with no avail. there are clearly ports down on the dashboard, but are not triggering the alert template. I spot checked the ports that are reporting down, and they are indeed down and not “ignored”, yet the alert rule shows green.

seems like I noticed this started around the 23rd of this month. any ideas?

Can you post the whole alert rule with Max, Delay, Interval any mapped devices etc

I see you had some issues before with ports_down on the dashboard Dashboard Port down Count incorrect to make sure its not related, can you login to the devices and check the timestamp when the ports went down?

it actually ended up being the groups i had the alert mapped to that was not grabbing the devices… something with my regex stopped working at some point… i removed the regex and re-added and all seems to be well.
