Preserving graphs after WAN router replacement

Hi,

I am using LibreNMS to monitor several devices - mostly network devices and some VMs.
I am going to replace one of those devices, exactly a WAN router. Current device is a Mikrotik router, which I am going to replace for a PC Engines router.
My question is that it is possible to preserve the graphs created for MIkrotik device and continue them after device replaced for PC Engines router? Especially graphs for WAN interface, the others are not really important for me.

You can just rename the rrd file to match the new port.

FIne, I will try to do that. Is this valid for other graphs (cpu/mem utilization etc.) as well?
