Proxmox Plugin Graph API

Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to query the Proxmox Module Stats via the API

graph.php?to=1686532800&id=17&device_id=6&type=application_proxmox_traffic&port=net0&vmid=144&cluster=cluster0&hostname=test-vm1&from=1686446400&height=300&width=1296

Because I was unable to find anything in the documentation for that.
