This might be a feature request rather than a request for help but…
Is there a way to have a regular ‘Everything is OK’ alert? That way, when my kit is working as it should, I don’t have to worry that my NMS install has an email issue stopping alerts coming through.

Don’t know of a native way, but if you ingest syslog, you can do what I do …
in /etc/cron.d/librenms:
58 8 * * * librenms echo XVERYTHING IS OK | tr X E | logger
Then a rule like this:
HEOA done!
