Just started playing with the two factor authentication as we’re trying to mandate it across the board for any applications that provide any kind of admin access and I can’t find an answer to this. Is there a way to require two factor authentication for all users instead of just making it optional? I realize that the users will have to log in at least once without it in order to set it up but we’d like it to take users to the set up screen if they don’t have it enabled and not allow them any other access until it is set up.
