Reset admin password lost access to all device data

Update my docker based (jarischaefer/docker-librenms:latest) admin user password from the web interface from a basic 8 alpha character string to a more secure mix of characters, numerals, special characters (specifically O3LR^oSWVvkr!1). This resulted in no devices showing or anyway to access the user control panel.
Ultimately restored from a backup and repeated with the same result happening again. ./validate didnt show anything unusual and ./daily ran without issue.
Wanted to ask if anyone else is seeing this, or if its something specific to my installation.

Create a new admin user with lnms user:add --role=admin tempadmin

Then you can change the original admin password or fix the roles in the webui.

If you get errors, try running ./validate.php and see if that shows any possible issues.
