when the librenms can read BGP/ OSPF status from routerOS v7

According to the routing protocols page.
- OSPF SNMP monitoring has yet to be implemented
- BGP SNMP monitoring is implemented for v4 session from 7.10
Looking at my librenms installation. I do not yet see the BGP v4 sessions… Might be something I should look into (+ a wierd OSPFv3 Auth bug I encountered the other day)
