RRD to Grafana

Hi all,
is there any easy way to miggrate from rrd to grafana in librenms? Also any way to keep smart graph popups? Some simple elegant way?

I found this: GitHub - doublemarket/grafana-rrd-server: A HTTP server that helps Grafana read RRD files via Grafana Simple JSON Datasource plugin

but i dont know if it is what i need. I need to monitor 2000+ devices so idk which is the best way. We dont want to use grafana as separate system. Ideal will be to have all in one in librenms as it is now.

Enable influxdb output and use that for grafana datasource - InfluxDB - LibreNMS Docs

There is no way to switch the metrics datastore used by LibreNMS from RRD files to another time series database currently.
