Scheduled Discovery - Don't poll new ports

It seems that scheduled discovery automatically adds any new discovered ports for polling.

The problem with this is that on edge devices, which host 1000s of customer services, with 100s of customer services being added every week, it can dramatically slow down the poller and server in general if not maintained on regular basis.

Is there a way to have discovery not enable any newly discovered ports for polling by default? essentially, discover ports but disable any new ones.

Engineers can then login and add the core infrastructure related ports when necessary.
