I’d like to see which devices/ip/hosts are connected to my switch and on which ports but i can’t see it on any board. Can we do that ? And How please ?

LibreNMS already collects LLDP, ARP, and bridge data.
Your device needs to expose that data by SNMP. (If it supported standard SNMP MIBs, you would already see the data).
