Send alerts to clients (secondary email)

Hi there,

We would like to be able to send alerts to clients instead of just our general NOC email. That way clients will be informed by LibreNMS itself.

How can we add email addresses to send alerts to regarding that device on a per-device basis?

I know you can have it email the sysContact of each device when there is an issue with that device. To set the sysContact modify the SNMP settings on the device. It is also possible to set an override sysContact value within LNMS.

Already did that, still only sends it to the global NOC email address.

Look for the setting for alerts “fixed-contacts” - i had to change this on my install for things to work as I expected…
