What type of server configuration required for monitoring of 5200+ devices
Take a look into this. There is no silver bullet as an answer to tell you what do you need to monitor 5k devices. Depends on so many things like latency, number of ports, how fast are devices, what type of hardware you have, ssd as storage, etc, etc.
