Is there a way to create alerts of service check with dependencies? For example , I’ve services set of fping towards google & yahoo dns’s, I want to trigger service check alerts only if both fping check fails
Yes, please do some searching first as examples I’m sure already exist.

that’s not “host dependencies”
Host dependencies is a Parent-Child relationship.
