SNMP Capture show dbm MIB data collected, but no graph under device health tab

I have been reading through the forums looking for assistance in resolving an issue and am stuck now.

We are polling Ruckus ICX-7550 devices and the Capture of SNMP traffic through the GUI shows that the proper OID is being polled.

.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.3.17.1 = STRING: “-005.3209 dBm High-Alarm”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.3.18.1 = STRING: “-003.3818 dBm Normal”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.3.23.1 = STRING: “-001.4978 dBm Normal”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.4.17.1 = STRING: “-005.3372 dBm High-Alarm”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.4.18.1 = STRING: “-004.7612 dBm Normal”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.4.23.1 = STRING: “-000.2273 dBm Normal”
.1.3.6.1.4.1.1991.1.1.3.3.10.1.4.65.1 = STRING: “-002.1331 dBm Normal”

Where I am stuck now is none of these devices have the the dBm health graph under the device health tab. The only graphs available are Overview, Processor, State, and Temperature. All the tabs that typically relate to SFP ports seem to be missing.

I feel like I am missing something simple but all my searching for “dbm graph missing” or similar returns posts about devices having no graphs at all. I will continue to search, but wanted to post in case it is something simple being overlooked.

I will add that the graphs I am looking for are included on other devices like Juniper SRXs and Brocade MLXs.
