SNMP Help with Digital Loggers - Ethernet Power Controller

I have a Digital Loggers, Inc. Ethernet Power Controller in my network. I am trying to set up SNMP for this device to send battery status information to LibreNMS and it has an incredibly complicated configuration for SNMP compared to anything else I’ve ever dealt with.

Here is an example of the devices user interface
http://pro.digital-loggers.com:5002/apis.htm (Username = admin / password = 4321)

I tried to copy some of the settings they have here and it doesn’t work.
It just gives me this error, and I’m not really sure what it means.

Has anybody set one of these up, or could someone help me with this issue I’m having?

looks like the snmp community is OK so agent sent response
but maybe they not support bulkwalk
best approach will be to try from CLI
something like
snmpwalk -Cc -v2c -Oneb -c XXXXXX 192.168.x.x
