Some problems adding Windows 10 Clients

Hello Guys, I have some problems, i can’t ping from Linux to Windows because it doesn’t work but from Windows to Linux it works and then when i want to add my Windows 10 host it doesn’t work please help.

Hi,
first of all check the Windows firewall configuration. Usually it stops most of the incoming traffic, including ping.

And how it works to use SNMP agents on Win 7 or 10 ? Something to install on the Windows Client Machine ? Sorry for the very late response.
