Support for the VeloCloud EDGE5X0

Hi LibreNMS,

Can someone please advise whether or not there is support for the VeloCloud Edge5x0 routers?

I’m only receiving limited SNMP statistics which would make me thing that since the Velo has a custom distribution of Linux that the expected OID’s and MIB’s are different, in which case LibreNMS would need to be developed to support this particular router.

This would be pretty cool if LibreNMS could be updated to include this as I work for a company called the Australian Venue Company, we’re the largest hospitality company in Australia and I’ve yet to receive decent responses/support from the Discord server and we monitor hundreds of routers/networks using LibreNMS.

For more detail here’s a picture of what a VeloCloud EDGE5X0 site looks and reports back. I can see that the operating system says Generic Device which indicates to me that the router isn’t supported.

The above images are all the details I get form LibreNMS when linking up the Edgerouter5x0.

I’m ideally, just looking for a definitive answer on whether or not this is the most data I can get out of this router or if there are plans to support these routers in the future?

These routers come from vmware so by no means are these guys are chinese knock off or rip-off brand of router.
