I took a look at the information in the SNMPwalk file (It’s not an SNMPrec).
This device doesn’t seem to support the Teltonika MIB you’ve supplied.

All the OIDs in the snmprec is standard Net-SNMP stuff that you will find on any Linux box running Net-SNMP.

Seems there is no point in fixing the identification, as it wouldn’t result in any additional sensors/information.

However… according to TRB140 SNMP - Teltonika Networks Wiki the TRB140 should support SNMP PEN 48690. However, that is missing from your snmpwalk output.

Could you give me SNMP read access to this device?

Unfortunately, all my TRB and RUT devices are behind a CGNAT, so access is not easily possible. Only via VPN or one-time links through Teltonika’s RMS. However, I can provide you with all the necessary details, SNMP walks, debug outputs, etc., as long as you tell me exactly what you need.
